EUREKA SERIES  

Eureka Series is an intensive 10-week training course for emerging television drama series writers from all over Europe. Delivered in partnership with La Fémis, it is an initiative created by Series Mania Institute to train professionals in the rapidly changing TV series industry. 

Eureka Series aims to develop collaborative writing skills by experiencing an international  writers room environment.

Through group work on European series projects, case studies and masterclasses, the participants will achieve the following objectives : 

  • Master the creative process of collaborative writing 
  • Understand how the European series ecosystems operate 
  • Acquire the skills to pitch and sell a European series to investors 
  • Break down barriers between series professionals to acquire a common work language 
  • Develop an European network by teaming up with other emerging writers and experienced professionals

The training program takes place twice a year: a first session from March to June, and a second session from September to December. For more information, please consult our website

MASTER MANAGEMENT OF CULTURAL INSTITUTIONS (MIC) – SCIENCES PO LILLE 

The two-year master’s degree in Management of Cultural Institutions (MIC) developed by Sciences Po Lille in partnership with Series Mania Institute, draws on multiple disciplines essential for future versatile executives who will be driving European audiovisual projects (fiction series, documentaries, etc.) from conception to distribution.  

The various modules will be rounded out with meetings with industry professionals and with the  experience acquired through work placements in the second year of master. 

The aim is to prepare these students for all potential management positions in this industry including program managers for broadcasters, development managers for production companies, and project managers for subsidy bodies.
